    Really nice Columbia building

    Pros:
    Security and management is great. The super is responsive and really cares about the tenants. The building is well maintained and neighbors are friendly
    Cons:
    I wish they would rent to others besides Columbia affiliated people. I'd like a family member to move in to be closer to me
    Advice to owner:
    Consider renting to others outside of Columbia. Consider an electronic rent payment system
