    Nice except for noise and very outdated bathroom

    Pros:
    Well maintained by Columbia
    Cons:
    Unhealthy noise level from the street. Trucks delivering Mo-Friday starting at 3am, iddling for 3h, slamming metal on the ground every week . Street packed and drivers furiously honking starting at 7am. It was absolutely hell.
    Advice to owner:
    Work with the city to enforce quiet time at night.
