    Bed bug + Hoarder alert!

    Pros:
    Loved the area. And the fact that Columbia Housing handles most of the hassle of finding a new place.
    Cons:
    There’s a hoarding situation, lady living in the second floor. She’s been there for years. Management can’t/won’t do anything about it. Building is crawling with bed bugs coming from that apartment. Columbia Housing does absolutely nothing about it. Right after we left, they rented the place again. I seriously doubt the next tenant had any warning.
    Advice to owner:
    The bed bug situation needs to be taken care of.
