- Spacious living space and kitchen with great light. - Temperature is rarely and issue - it was very comfortable. - Allows pets (and your neighbors can’t hear). - SO MUCH storage. At least for Manhattan. - Location is perfect. Only decent trek is to grocery unless you can afford West Side Market. - Above a good bodega - Right next to Riverside - Very nice property manager and super.
Cons:
- Tiny rooms and one doesn’t have a closet. - Underneath the great appliances, fake marble, and layers of paint there’s a badly built and poorly maintained building. - Landlord doesn’t give a s*** about the building or you beyond profit and meeting the bare minimum legally. Raised rent 25% and you have to hassle them most times to get repairs done.
