    Nothing fancy, but comfortable

    Pros:
    Neighbors are nice, amazing location. Apartments are pretty spacious. In general it's a great place to live. The super is a literal angel.
    Cons:
    Units could do with some updates, especially for the asking price. No laundry is also tough.
