    Great apartment under terrible management

    Great area, beautiful apartments
    Cons:
    Management is terribly unresponsive, super is absent
    Advice to owner:
    Hire a new super, respond to emails

    I would strongly discourage anyone from living here

    Proximity to riverside and Columbia
    Cons:
    I don’t know where to start. Our fridge was broken, it took them 3 months to fix it. We didn’t have heat - it was 55 degrees in our apartment - and when they “fixed” it the apartment was up to 85 degrees. The building is dirty. They never clean it. The trash is overflowing in the basement. The laundry machines are always broken.
