The worst managed building on Riverside Drive

Pros:
425 Riverside Drive (corner of West 115th street)
Cons:
There is chronic lack of heat, or no heat, from October through May, leaking ceiling and walls, idle scaffolding and no cleaning of the grounds outside. The laziest and most insolent management ever. The tenants are considering a class action lawsuit.
Advice to owner:
Start doing your job: provide proper heat, fix numerous leaks and outdated piping, clean the grounds, seal the walls outside.
