    Great management and well kept bulging
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The building is extremely well located, a few steps from subway station and bus stop. Management of the building great, forever thankful with Lenny for all his help!
    Cons:
    Pre-war building, some apartments might not get any sunlight at all.
