    Nice Property in Harlem

    Pros:
    Apartment recently renovated, very spacious, classic touch’s
    Cons:
    Hard to regulate heating, some issues with water pressure, issues with package deliveries
    Advice to owner:
    Improve the garbage management and package delivery!
