Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. The building is kept clean and garbage is handled in a timely manner. I have no real pest problems and there are regular visits by pest control. My unit has a built-in minisplit, so it's easy to control heat and cooling.
Cons:
The walls and floors are on the thin side, so the bass of the downstairs neighbor sometimes rattles my apartment, as do the heavy footsteps of my upstairs neighbor. There are some issues with the building being older/converted, so some maintenance issues keep coming up. While finishes look sleek, they are low quality and can break more easily. There are other additional minor quirks with the space, like doors that open in the wrong direction.
