Pretty quiet brownstone street in central Harlem - lots of long term residents and easy walking distance to grocery stores and subway. Landlord is very sweet and very responsive, super is great and lives just down the block.
Honestly, this place was great - landlord had to get the boiler fixed a couple times and we had a couple pests, but it’s an old building. Mail delivery gets confused between #1 and Ground floor.
