Pros:
Many apartments do have fairly updated appliances and renovations as well as in unit laundry.
Cons:
We had ongoing leaks in our apartment for over 9 months. The resolution was always to cover up the leaking spots until they started leaking again. Response from management and super was always so slow, the issue was never resolved and action was never taken until we were moving out and they had to start getting ready to show it to new renters. The super would never come at the time we set up to fix issues we had, and would show up without warning. Also, you can hear everything in the apartment above you.
