    Building needs work
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The current super is extremely Hard working, knowledgeable and professional.
    Cons:
    The landlord is slow to the tenants and buildings needs.
    Advice to owner:
    To take pride in your smaller buildings and keep it up to par no matter the economic status of your tenants. We deserve to have heat , safety and working intercoms as well.
