    Nicest place you'll live in manhattan for the price

    Pros:
    Good windows, relatively fast elevators, and security. Management is responsive and friendly. Social community with large common spaces and lots of sunlight
    Cons:
    Building often overheats, especially if facing east in a highrise. Sound isolation is poor but to be expected. Outdated fixtures in some units
