    Great clean and helpful super
    Cons:
    Too many college students

    Pros:
    - responsive super, cared about tenants
    - safe and clean, mainly families & students
    - relatively quiet, not a lot of parties/loud music
    - close to multiple parks
    - elevator
    Cons:
    - management is stingy abt heat, will freeze in spring & fall
    - lots of rats in street in front of building (but have never seen one in building)
    - pest control is pretty sporadic. supposed to come once a month but no sign-up so often missed it
    Advice to owner:
    Not a lot, doing great
