If I could give pest management and responsiveness zero stars, I would.
Pros
It had a good location and the apartments themselves are decent. It has an elevator and laundry room.
Cons
Building management completely ignores pest reports. There was a bed bug infestation that they weren’t managing at all, and our apartment got bed bugs multiple times. And they ignored the concern completely, forcing us to have to pay for treatment. The negatives so far outweighed the positives. By the end, living there was a nightmare and just thinking about that place gives me hives.
Advice to the owners
Actually do the job you’re legally required to do.
