    Get building, well maintained, and everything functioned properly
    Cons:
    Warped floors in some units

    Non-Trad Undergrad Housing

    Pros:
    Awesome building with a great super (George). Building belongs to Columbia and is used for non-trad (older) undergrads and international students. No utilities complaints in the few years I was there.
    Cons:
    No much to dislike. Heat could be wonky at the beginning of winter.
