    Close to the train.

    Pests. Noise. Condescending management.

    Love the neighborhood
    Cons:
    Very bad roach infestation in the building!!
    Went through the whole winter with no heat
    The property manager and super are unresponsive, negligent, and rude
    The building smells and is rarely cleaned
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of the building like you or someone you love had to live there
