Beautiful Pre War
Pros
Building is well maintained, courtyard and common areas are very clean!
Cons
It's a walk up and I lived on the 4th floor.
Advice to the owners
I think the property owner has done a really nice job!

Clean and quiet
Pros
The apartment was a short walking distance to Columbia University. It was clean and the maintenance live-in staff was really nice.
Cons
It does not have elevators, so moving in and out was challenging. The process to sign a lease was complicated were each tenant had to be interviewed with the board and each tenant had to physically sign documents and expedite mailing to each other in order to move in on time.
Advice to the owners
Consider electronic documents to help save money and time.
