Roach infestation that could not be controlled no matter how clean you kept the apartment. Unresponsive and disrespectful management company “elite management” that essentially stole part of my security deposit. Also water damage and leaking in the walls.
Invest in better pest control and learn that NY law states that you can’t use the deposit to repaint or normal wear and tear.
