    Lovely spot...less love for the roaches

    Pros:
    Super was always very responsive.
    Neighbors were always kind.
    The apartment was newly renovated with beautiful appliances.
    Cons:
    Cockroach infestation in the building :( it's above a restaurant and bar. We managed but it required constant attention.
    Heat wouldn't reach the largest bedroom
    Advice to owner:
    See if there is something to be done about the roaches beyond exterminator spray! We found that the spray barely helped.
