So many great things about this building - quiet street, near park, near train, safe.

Cons

HUGE CON - PISTILLI REALTY CO. The landlords were purposely unhelpful with roach infestation for years and when there was significant water damage and leaks in the building. DO NOT RENT FROM PISTILLI.

Not sure, but if you are renting through Tiemann Place Realty or Pistilli Realty Group, RUN!!!!

Not particularly better. Over the summer the building was swarmed by gnats because contractors working on the first floor left their food waste everywhere for weeks at a time. We had mice in August 2023. Roach situation improved slightly.
