    Good water pressure

    Harassment from neighbors and building staff
    Trash left in the hall
    Rodents in the lobby
    Cockroaches
    Unresponsive management

    The people in the building all leave each other alone
    Cons:
    I had mice, roaches, cold water, lights that didn't work, begged the superintendent and landlord for months to do something about it, and they never did
    Advice to owner:
    Address your HPD violations!
