    Pros:
    There are rent stabilized units. Heat and water was included.
    Cons:
    People steal your packages, super is unprofessional, landlord is rude, huge roaches and water bugs cause the building is so old. I would not recommend living in this building at all.

    Everything else. Pests, water pressure, smelly hallways, unresponsive management.
