The apartment itself is nice. Maintenance responds to requests usually within the week, which isn’t helpful when an essential item, like your toilet or washing machine, need assistance.

Pros:
Good price for the amenities provided (laundry, heat/hot water included in rent). Floor plan is spacious. Located within 5 blocks of two different red line stops. Super is very friendly and responsive! Submitting a maintenance request through the tenant portal takes a very long time, but the super himself is very efficient.
Cons:
Apartment was dirty when handed off, and multiple areas needed repairs (bathroom sink, dishwasher, living room radiator). There is a tenant in the building who steals packages, and management has not figured out who. You will have to deal with the police to hopefully get it resolved. Management is hard to get a hold of both through email and the tenant portal.
Advice to owner:
Update tenants proactively/regularly when a relevant issue arises.
