    It’s okay

    Pros:
    The building inside is clean and no quiet. No major disturbances from neighbors.
    Cons:
    The outside of the building is very loud during the night and sometimes the afternoon due to bar downstairs. The building also have roaches.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean up the roach infestation. Clean up the piled up garbage and clean the elevator daily.

    Gigantic rooms and the space is flooded in light

    Terrible landlord, slow super who lies
