    Fair landlord and quiet area
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Well maintained, landlord was fair, always took care of issues regarding repairs. Heat was supplied in the building.
    Cons:
    The door would swell up in the summer which made it hard for us to come in and leave (wood door), sharing the common areas with neighbor,
    Advice to owner:
    The owner does a great job in maintaining the property.
