Everything about the unit was terrible. Blinds all broken. Windows leaked. Bug fell from ceilings. Mice. Could never get help fixing plumbing issues, dishwasher that broke, door buzzer, shoveling the steps or sidewalk. Someone kept using our trash so we didn't have one. Internet available was also very slow. Nothing was worth it. Do not use Dixon Leasing for anything. They are a hedge fund line of business and will not do what's right for a tenant, only bare minimum. Don't out yourself or your family through having to worry about if your home is safe.
