Great neighbors in a beautiful neighborhood. Apt is average

Pros:
Neighbors are great and the street is quiet due to one way traffic and it overlooks the park. Keyless entry is nice.
Cons:
Elevator was always out of service and pests can be an issue.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade the elevator
