    Beautiful home in Harlem

    Pros:
    The layout and the space in this apartment incomparable. The landlord is very responsive and there when you need them. It’s been a pleasure to live here and for anyone lucky enough to find this apartment vacant you’ll be glad you did.
    Cons:
    There is construction going on in the block and have had issues with mice which can be handled with seasonal check-in with pest control. They do their best to find all holes and set traps but the persistence of mice cannot be taken for granted. Again the landlord has always been responsive and provided assistance each season.
    Advice to owner:
    They’re doing great. Aside from updates to the heating system from the traditional steam units, could not suggest anything else.
