Larger apartment. Patio on both ends of apartment (most floors). Outdoor shared space for BBQing. Washer/dryer in unit. Heated bathroom floor. Separate shower and bath tub.
Cons:
The worst management ever! Greedy management, not willing to work with on pricing. over 10% rent increase. The maintenance staff does not know how to make repairs and does absolutely shotty work. Responsiveness of maintenance repairs is extremely slow. No urgency to fix common areas. (example: the elevator was out for five consecutive days at one point). Sidewalks do not get cleaned enough.
Advice to owner:
Get a new management company. This one does not care about the tenants. I get it, it is all about the profits, but YOU CAN DO BETTER!

Pros:
Nice finishes, fairly new construction.
Cons:
Elevator is constantly out. Management does not respond. Constant leaks.

Hire better management.
