    Large spaces for little money
    Cons:
    the heat goes out all the time in the winter

    Good Location, Bad Management at the Time

    Good location, lovely neighbors, apt has high ceilings
    Cons:
    When I lived here, super & management were awful, kept temperatures so low in the winter that tenants contacted legal aid
    Advice to owner:
    Failing to meet...so many housing codes did you no favors :/
