    Pros:
    Elevator, laundry in basement, heat works pretty consistently
    Cons:
    Mice, rats in the garbage area, neighbors steal packages, new neighbors are incredibly noisy and disrespectful.
    Advice to owner:
    Get rid of the vermin.
