    That’s a good building with few problems
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice and quiet area
    A lot of grocery stores and close to a subway
    A lot of sun at summer
    Good view
    Bunch of parks
    Cons:
    Fix a mice problem
    Stairs definitely need to be repaired
