Very racist super

Pros:
It is a great building. But the super has clearly targeted the one person of color in our unit. I’m about to file a police report.
Cons:
The super has targeted at least two people of color in the building, probably more. Bringing issues to them that he has ignored with other occupants in the same unit.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super
