The management is awful and will never deliver a timely response / fix any repairs.

Great neighbors horrible managment

Everyone in the building is really nice

Cons

Managment is unresponsive and unavailable. Drastically increased our rent. There are constantly maintenance issues and the managment refuses to respond. It takes months of contacting them to get anything done.

Advice to the owners

Being a property owner isn’t a job. Stop being a leach off of people with real jobs.
