Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

horrible landlord stay away!

Pros

location, size, location

Cons

maintenance was nil, it’s pre war so something was always broken, mice, roaches, bed bugs, landlord was insufferable to deal with and refused to return security on unwarranted grounds so we are in court and have been for a year.

Advice to the owners

maintain your unit properly and not just with quick fix handymen who do band aid jobs. renovate kitchen and bathroom, install doors that work in closets, refrain from bullying and intimidation, be versed in the law and not make up your own, be a decent human being. Owner of the unit we rented is Ngina Jackson, stay away.
