Is enveloped mail also being stolen or just packages>

I’ve lived here ~4 years and I’ve only ever had a package go missing twice (and I’m pretty sure it was a Lasership issue not a stolen issue). Never had an issue with enveloped mail.

When I lived there I had to ship all of my packages and mail to my friends apartment several blocks away because of this issue. My mailbox would not fully lock, I asked management and the super about it multiple times and was never given a response.

Just packages. The situation is so serious that more than 50% of the packages received are stolen. Management never responds or gets involved, and reports to the police fail to improve the situation.
