There are only 5 floors and I’ve never had any issues with neighbors. Directly across from The Church of the Intercession, so if you have a front facing apartment, the view is pretty. Also, apart from the normal cars passing, the street is decently quiet. The management company is quick to respond with needs (water, windows, etc.)
Cons:
I have lived here for 5 years and haven’t had any issues. I’ve had two packages stolen in that time, and that could easily have been from someone sneaking in the building. Which would lead me to suggest better security for the building.
Advice to owner:
A digital key system for the door.

Boiler Is TERRIBLE

Cons:
The boiler is possibly the most ancient in all of new york city. The pipes bang louder than fireworks on New Years Eve - clanging incessantly from October until May, 24/7. I could not sleep or even concentrate throughout the day. Management completely ignored any request to fix it. Had to report the building to the city. Out within a year BLEGH!
Advice to owner:
Fix that boiler!!!!!!!!!!
