    Pretty great apartment

    Pros:
    Big, updated apartment. Good trash management so it’s pretty clean apart from the occasional trash on the landings. Frequent pest control. Good super.

    Lack of laundry lol

    Apartment has good space. Short hallways. Garbage situation is good.
    Cons:
    No elevator and the door some times messes up.
    Advice to owner:
    Quicker response to maintenance request
