    Responsive super, quiet
    Cons:
    Expensive laundry but lots of machines available

    Amazing maintenance team- happy home

    Pros:
    The neighbors are so friendly and kind, and the maintenance team are always around, do a great job maintaining the building, and are incredible humans. Seeing them is always a highlight of my day! By far my favorite building I have ever lived in.
    Cons:
    Sometimes bugs, but that’s pretty normal for NYC and the heat can be a little to hot in the winter- Nothing that opening a window can’t help.
