I like the livingroom doorway in my apartment. That's about it.
Cons:
Loud and dirty people living in the building that smokes cigarettes and weeds.
Bearly no heat when it's cold and it never stay on for to long.
When things in the apartment breaks down or there's a mold problem you can't get nobody to fix it or you can never get a person on the phone or return your phone call to get someone to fix the problem in the apartment.
Tenants keep stealing packages and no camera directly at the mailbox area to catch the thief.
The inside of the building is always dirty seeing dead mice and water bugs in the hallways and garbage and spill liquid on hallway floors.
Advice to owner:
This building need to have regular heat even on the weekend and it need to stay on 2 to 3 hours twice a day for everyday that's is cold and not 30 minutes of heat every 6 hours and that's when it start to come on and start to heat up.
And the next think with all the cameras in the building you have tenants in the Building stealing packages what's needed is a camera dead center at the mailbox area where the light fixtures is that's where building owner should place another camera.
The building owner should get real professional to actually fix what's broken in tenants apartments and not get cheap labor who's not qualified to permanently fix things in tenants apartments but just patch things up to have it break down again.
