    Pros:
    Great spots lots of stores and the people are friendly and loving and caring nice and clean building.
    Cons:
    Bums in the building old apartment walls with mold ! packages get stolen! no hot water ! Windows don’t work in most apartments !
    Advice to owner:
    Care a little bit more about your tenants like you do about your money .. your tenets life and comfort should be at the top of your list I met one old lady had noooooooo heat 3 weeks she would
    Boil water to keep warm !!! This is very unacceptable !!!
