Cons:
1) The absolute loudest block in the heights. Four competing PA systems on each corner. Ear plugs wont stop the bass from shaking you in your sleep. 2) Disgusting pest problem. Mice and German roaches everywhere. Couldn't use the dishwasher since it was basically a roach rest. 3) No Security. Single door door entry with no vestibule. Door lock was always broken and allows non-residents to enter. 4) Garbage bins always smelled like urine. 5) Dirty building. Spilled sandwiches, cake , you name it would remain in the stairs for days.
Advice to owner:
Do the bare minimum and make sure the front door locks.
