    People mind their business, chill relaxed vibe, no complaining neighbors, no major rules
    Cons:
    Cleanliness, old super was great, new super does not clean as often

    Affordable rent is the only plus
    Cons:
    Poor repairs. The super cannot fix anything. In fact, he’s made some maintenance issues worse. Now I pay for the super in a friend’s building to come over to make my repairs.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire someone who can make simple repairs and do them well
