    Cute and airy apartment

    Pros:
    Lighting in apartment was great, beautiful bathroom
    Cons:
    Had a lot of roaches. This was back in 2018

    The building HAS had bedbugs.

    Has an elevator.
    Cons:
    Bedbugs in G line.
    Hot water spotty in some lines because of restaurants located in building.
    At least 2 daycares on above ground floors.
    Advice to owner:
    You could do a bit better.
