    Big apartment and kitchen
    Cons:
    Landlord rarely answers emails
    Advice to owner:
    Give security interest back to long term renters

    Land lord needs to pay for the roof not tenants

    Quiet, pretty clean, great super.
    Cons:
    Security isn’t great, front door often broken, basement door never locked.
    Advice to owner:
    Pay for your own roof, we are already paying for the elevator.
