    Pros:
    People who live in the building are friendly, but that's about it.
    Cons:
    Shady Building Manager. Roaches, Mice. No repairs and misinformation. Busted elevator, NO LAUNDRY ON SIGHT AS LISTED!
    Advice to owner:
    Invest in quality repairs.
