Great, well-kept building
Pros
Super is on-sight. He and the management company are easy to reach and very responsive. The building is kept up well by a great team. The common areas (hallways, laundry) are clean and garbage and recycling are organized regularly. Repairs are made quickly.
Cons
The windows are old and let in a lot of the cold in the winter. There have been issues with German cockroaches.
Advice to the owners
A more comprehensive bug removal is needed, as these bugs are definitely living in the walls and just moving from one apartment to the next.
