Great people, poor management

Pros:
Building residents are considerate and watch out for each other. Pet friendly
Cons:
Basement laundry facility is poorly maintained. Some neighbors have unaddressed pest problems. Lobby and common spaces are not cleaned regularly. Elevator frequently breaks down.
Advice to owner:
Treat tenants with respect. Clean common access areas weekly. Properly maintain your building.

Pros:
The size for the price was good at least for the apartment I was in.
Cons:
The management company was unresponsive when we tried to reach out to fix an issue and then tried to penalize us for not fixing it.
